1General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services, games, betting activities, and financial transactions on the ak555 platform. Our platform is operated with the aim of providing a safe and reliable online gaming environment.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at ak555, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• A national identity card or other relevant documents may be requested for identity verification. This information is kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. ak555 is not responsible for any loss arising from sharing this information with a third party.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Our platform is for adults only. The following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are playing.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access this platform.
• If age verification reveals that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be reviewed.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on ak555 are processed entirely through secure SSL encryption. We support the following payment methods:

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• The account name used for the deposit and the name on the payment method must be the same.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

ak555 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• You must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus.
• Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus and you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before withdrawing.
• Wagering calculation rules may differ for certain games or bet types — visit the Bonus page for details.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• ak555 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Members in the VIP program — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — will receive weekly cashback benefits.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the fairness and security of our platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of any unlawful or underage person.
• Carrying out any form of cyberattack on the platform's systems or servers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff.
• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game.

7Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the ak555 platform — including logos, graphics, designs, software, text materials, game compilations, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ak555 or its authorized partners.

• Copying, redistributing, or modifying any part of the platform, except for personal non-commercial use, is prohibited.
• Our trademarks or logos may not be used without prior written permission.
• Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.

8Limitation of Liability

Our platform strives to maintain the highest standards. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical fault.

• If identity verification fails or registration was completed with false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.
• To comply with the directives of a court or regulatory authority.

A member may also request closure of their account at any time by contacting us. The rules for settling any remaining balance before account closure will be reviewed.

10Changes & Amendments to Terms

We may review, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the effective date will be updated.
